A new era for one.network and Causeway

Back in July, one.network was acquired by Causeway Technologies as part of a strategy to digitise the processes that underpin the construction and maintenance of the built environment. 

We recently shared that we’d be making some changes to more closely bring one.network into the Causeway family of solutions and promised to keep you updated along the way. 

Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Causeway Technologies, adorned with a fresh look and a vibrant feel. As a key member of the Causeway family, one.network will now more closely align with Causeway’s refreshed visual identity and formally become a part of the Causeway family of solutions.

Founded in 2011, one.network grew to become the UK's national collaboration platform for road authorities, utility companies, and all organisations whose operations impact traffic. Trusted daily by over 20,000 operational users and many millions of public citizens, the platform underpins traffic operations across the UK and a rapidly growing customer base in the US.

Likewise, Causeway Technologies has charted a successful path since its inception in 1999, with a clear vision to enhance connectivity, productivity, and profitability in construction. Through continuous investment, development, and strategic acquisitions, Causeway now boasts over 500 employees and serves 3,000 customers in the built environment sector.

2024 is a transformative year for Causeway. This refreshed brand identity is the first step in an exciting journey towards a new era of innovation. Causeway is spearheading technological progress in the sector, aiming to bring every facet of the industry together in one unified platform. 

As part of the brand refresh, you will see changes to our visual identity across the one.network websites, communication channels, products and services including:  

  • The one.network company name will retire as we formally migrate to Causeway, and the platform will be known under Causeway one.network. This change will be reflected across all of our channels and communications, including a redesigned logo that more closely aligns with Causeway’s refreshed branding.  
  • Minor UI and UX adjustments will be made on the one.network platform to align more closely with Causeway’s refreshed branding. The platform URL remains one.network
  • Minor changes to our UK website and social channels to align more closely with Causeway, and you will start to see more content made available at causeway.com. Our UK website URL will remain uk.one.network
  • All communication, collateral and materials from one.network will transition to the new Causeway branding. 
  • All emails you receive will now come from @causeway.com rather than @one.network.  However, our UK support email address (support@one.network) will remain the same for you to contact us for technical help.  

While our name and look are changing, everything that our customers and end-users love about us and using the platform, and our very high standards of service and delivery, will remain unchanged.
