What's new in Causeway one.network version e2.36.0?

Overview

Over the previous months, our Product and Development team has been investing significant time and effort into preparing the Causeway one.network platform for the enforcement of Digital Traffic Regulation Orders (D-TROs) by the Department for Transport.

We’ve been working hard on enhancements that will ensure all our Essentials customers are D-TRO compliant in line with the launch of these new government regulations.

This work continues and we will be sharing more information soon. In the meantime, let’s take a look at what’s included in this release:

Causeway one.network Map

NSG Coordinates Fix

We received feedback from some of our users that the coordinates were missing on NSG callouts for record types that didn’t cover the whole road. We’ve made some changes so that now coordinates will show for all record types that support this.

Easier access to Customer Support Portal

We’re making it even faster and easier for customers to submit help requests to our Customer Support team. If your organisation subscribes to Causeway one.network, you’ll be able to access the Causeway Customer Support portal from inside the platform. Here’s how:

  1. Click the User Settings button in the top right-hand corner of the platform, represented by a person/profile icon.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Support portal'.

  3. You'll be taken directly to the Causeway Customer Support Portal where you can submit your help request.

If your organisation does not subscribe to Causeway one.network, you can still contact our support team via help.desk@causeway.com

Route Manager

Route Manager, our bus route management solution, is getting a small update to enhance the visibility of bus route start and end points on the map.

We’re introducing a unique marker to clearly indicate the start point of a bus route, along with a different marker for the endpoint. This enhancement will enable you to easily identify the locations of both the start and end points of each route.

That’s everything for this release! If you have any questions about anything included, please contact help.desk@causeway.com.
